ShareSpace는 다양한 레벨이지만 정중하게 소통할 수 있는 장소이다. 배려는 최소의 기대 사항이지만 투숙객들의 열정에 대한 협력과 LA의 탐험이 최종적인 목표이다. ShareSpace-Gardena는 투숙객들에게 조용한 집을 제공하기 위해 노력하지만 직원들과 투숙객들이 어울리는 활동의 재미있는 분위기가 있다. 그래서 모두 각자의 여행을 즐기는 동안 삶을 즐기는 것을 잊지 않는다.

ShareSpace-Gardena Expo 기차역, Culver시, 베니스 해변, 산타 모니카 해변까지 짧은 여행을 갈 수 있다. 디즈니 랜드, 식스 플래그, 헐리우드도 여행할 수 있다. 사우스 배이 주변은 아주 조용하다. 이웃들은 친근하고 길 건너에는 공원이 있다. 식료품 가게, 쇼핑몰, 메이시스, 영화관, 지하철역, 지역 바와 도보 거리에 있다. 헐리우드와 다운 타운까지 매일 셔틀이 운행한다.
