중심지에 위치하여 피렌체의 여행객들이 업무나 여가를 즐기기에 적합한 곳이다. Fortezza da Basso, 컨벤션 궁전, 산타 마리아 노벨라 기차 역, 수퍼마켓, 피자 가게, 약국, 상점들 까지 도보 거리에 있고, 박물관과 기념물은 2km 이내에 있다.
부대 시설
건물 출입문 옆에 위치한 사무실에서 체크인과 체크아웃을 할 수 있다.
체크인은 오후 3시부터 8시까지이다. 8시 이후에 체크인할 경우 사전에 연락을 부탁드리며 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있다. 허가서 없이 8시 이후의 체크인은 불가하다.
체크 아웃은 오전 10 이전까지 이다.
짐 보관이 불가능하다.
늦게 체크 아웃 할 경우 50유로가 부과된다.
