Cancellations made less than 7 days or no show, 1 night will be charged.
One additional night room rate will be charged for early check out.
Any amendment to the booking can be made 7 days prior to arrival date only.
HighSeason : ( 01 Nov - 20 Dec & 11 Jan – 20 Apr )
Cancellations made less than 14 days to 8 days prior to arrival 1 night will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival or no-show, 50% of booking value will be charged.
In case of early check out, 50% of booking amount of total booking value will be charged.
Any amendment to the booking can be made 14 days prior to arrival date only.
Peak Season: ( 21 Dec – 10 Jan )
Cancellations made less than 30 days to 15 day prior to arrival, 50% of booking amount will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival or No-Show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
In case of early check out, 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
Any amendment to the booking can be made 30 days prior to arrival date only.
