The Flying Fish is situated in between the two biggest universities of Dumaguete (The universities of Silliman and St. Paul’s) making it convenient to catch public transport such as pedicabs or tricycles (the local mode of transport) and buses to any point of the city and its neighboring towns. Aside from being surrounded by trees and plants, creating natural cooling from tropical heat and humidity, the hostel is also just a stone throw away from the beach, the iconic boulevard of Dumaguete.
The common area of the hostel is an inviting and warm place where travelers can enjoy meeting fellow travelers and share stories and experiences over beer or coffee. It’s a great place to make good friends and even better memories.
