We are just an ordinary accommodation. We do not offer anything special...but we had a warm and comfortable rooms, quiet atmosphere, free parking, a cleanse, furniture is solid ... So, we do not offer anything spectacular, but we offer kindness, good service, friendship to our guests.
We have apartments, each with its own bathroom. Also, each has a kitchen block, some small, some large, but each has a refrigerator, sink, stove (electric or gas)... utensils you need to prepare food,plates... linen, towels, hair dryer in the bathroom. Apartments have a capacity: 1 bed, 2 and 3 bed, to a family with six beds. Each has a VI-FI, cable TV, cabinet, beds are very comfortable... wooden with a mattress or chair bed which is converted into a comfortable bed for 1 person.
Location and surroundings
Our house is on a quiet street, in a neighborhood where the private houses, is well connected to the city center, but the location itself is a bit distant from center. In our neighborhood, there are no significant cultural or historical sites. But, the center of the city is right choice: department stores, cafes, restaurants, monuments, museums, River Nisava, fortress. A great advantage in Nis is taxi service: the ride is extremely cheap, cca 5 €
On the ground floor we have a club for our guests, it is a reception area as well as a common room available to all our guests. The room has a mini-suite bathroom, a large plasma TV, fridge, bar, free of charge are coffee and tea for the guests...In this area our guests can enjoy a relaxing, watching TV programs (Cable TV), listening to music, there is a PC at your service for browsing the web, reading e-mail address, etc. In the front he house is a small open space
