Residencial Paranhos is located within the Porto University Campus, in the northern part of the city. Therefore, it is an environment of campus mixed with the old rural area of the city, which gives it a great tranquility but at the same time a high accessibility. Located side by side about a dozen universities and institutes, with the closest being: ISEP, Biotechnology School of the Catholic University, Portucalense University, Psychology and Educational Sciences School and other school.
