Room types
2 standard air-conditioned double rooms, both with bath are rented. As an added bonus, these have a shower with hot and cold water 24 hours, fan, fridge with minibar, TV, DVD and windows.
Location and surroundings
The house is located into the Historical Center of the city, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and is located a few meters from the Central Park (Parque Martí). In the area there are major cultural and recreational attractions, plus the possibility to quickly access the modern zone, bordering the bay area.
Services and facilities
Additional services not included in income are offered, as travels in boat along the bay, dance classes (salsa and merengue), cocktails, transportation, parking, laundry and breakfast. As additional option you can ask for a stay from 10 AM to 6 PM at a beach house, including transportation, cocktails, horse rides, kayak, beach chairs, travels in boat, beach and pool baths, and lunch.
