The apartment is not big, but cute. It has the main amenities for living. Above all, the restaurants, theaters, night clubs and museums are very close. However you will stay in a quiet neighborhood, friendly, with a great location, near the important sites.

Room types
My property is an apartment, with a sitting-dinning room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, air conditioned, with a double bed and one comfortable personal bed, for three guests. The apartment has all the furniture and equipment, of course, and hot water 24 hours, 220/110 v., phone, etc. I am staying close to it, and do the cleaning, change of bed clothes and towels, etc.
Location and surroundings
At four blocks is the Plaza de la Revolución –the geographic center of the city- and at similar distance the central bus station, to go to provinces; the guest may access, by foot, by the avenues very close to the house -Ayestarán, Rancho Boyeros and 20 de Mayo- in a few minutes to 'La Rampa' (heart of Vedado neighbourhood), with restaurants, clubs, important hotels, etc., to the Havana Malecón (in the harbour coast), and approximatly in 30 m to Old Havana, attractive to every visitor.
Services and facilities
The apartment is not big, but cute. Has no other amenities than the ones for living. I usually advice the guests about the means of transportation, the restaurants, theaters, night clubs, museums, etc. and the ways to access to them, all in a comfortable, fast and economic way. They are not far; we are practically on the center of the city.
