As a long established yoga retreat centre, Heart & Soul offers all-inclusive yoga & wellness getaways all year round. Each retreat experience includes indulgent vegan meals (nourishing your body and soul as according to Ayurvedic teachings), yoga classes, philosophy/health based workshops and kirtans, all of which are optional. The Heart & Soul Healing Centre also offers additional services like massage and reiki that can be booked in upon request.
