The hotel made a mistake in my booking registration and it was very nervous while solving it though it was not my fault. So on our arrival the owner was not really welcoming. The was a big cockroach in the bathroom, the aircondition was broken (rattling and pouring water to the floor), some technical noises (sounded like pump system) were bothering us all through the night. The view to gardens was lovely, but the Ben Gurion streel is enormously noisy. We didn't sleep AT ALL. I travel a lot and I'm not really demanding - I've never in my life wrote negative remarks on any hotel.. This time is the first.
