The place is relatively good value for the price, considering UB is a very expensive city. The building is falling apart and the 12-bed dorm is definitely not the place to be. 6-bed gers on the roof are way better. Only one shower with hot water (ahem) out of 3 available.
it is a friendly and nice place, but a LOT tooo expensive!! I just looked around and found a lot better and cheaper place!!
