We are a typical "casa colonia", only a block from the wonderful Havanan Pier (Malecon Habanero) and very near to the music's house. Also, we are close to the famous Paseo del Prado, a street lined with trees and with marble benches, on the dividing line between Centro Habana and Old Havana.
We really enjoyed our six-day stay at the casa. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and the location, a few steps from the Malecon was really convenient. It was nice to be a little bit further from the Old Town and the busloads of tourists.
We walked the entire length of the Malecon and the area near the casa is one of the nicest parts.
The casa is located in Havana Center and it is quite a long walk to Viega. If you want to see Center it is good but the neigbourhood is a bit dirty. The casa itself is clean and the people are nice.
