We are a fully furnished, serviced apartment hotel (apartelle). We have 35 Studio and 35 One bedroom units. All of our units have the following:
Studio unit - either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed
One bedroom unit - either 2 twin beds or 1 queen bed
All our units have a bedroom, toilet, living area and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with 2 burner range, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, pots/pans, china/flatware/glassware service for 4.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, in front of Mt. Carmel Church on Broadway Ave., 7 min to St. Luke's Hospital on E. Rodriguez Ave., 15 min to Greenhills shopping center with Tiange (Flee market), walking distance to Magnolia Mall on Aurora Blvd., 2 blocks to Gilmore LRT station, 2 blocks to IT center, 15 min to restaurant row on Timog Ave.
Walking distance - one block to SM supermarket.
We are centrally located from all tourist attractions.
