The Birches Backpacker Lodge offers six rooms as a mixture of doubles, twins and dorms. Mostly with shared bathroom facilities. Each room has fans, linen and towels. There is free Wifi in all rooms and Netflix. Some rooms have a flat screen TV.

In the calm beautiful suburbs of Johannesburg, but 100m away from a public transport artery to the city center. Award winning restaurants within walking distance. Shops are within 600m, and major shopping centers are easy to reach with cheap buses. Close is the botanical gardens for runs and walks, as well as a small golf course within walking distance.
