I stayed one night with my children to leave for Malta next morning. A pizza from nearby was enough as a light dinner and the hotel was clean though the main building was separated by a small road. The problem was that there was no one coming to pick us up at the airport in spite of that we had asked for the service for high charge both with checking a box and noting the flight No/time in the comment field. I did not dislike the manager as well as the front woman, however he only said he had my name wrong-he would have appologized if he was a Japanese. I had been anxious about the service since my confirmation call right after the online booking was hung up. Breakfast was satisfactory for Japanese with various pastry and coffee and some cereals. The woman in the kitchen was pleasant. They arranged a driver going beck the airport for 1/3 charge.
