Very nice place! Daniel is very helpful and you can 'disturb' him anytime if you have a problem. We didn't spend too much time at the apartment, but at night time we heard some part from The Phantom of the Opera because next to the building it's an open air theatre! :) Very nice apartment. Perfect for backpackers and compare to the regular cuban houses it is super! I can recommend!
Great location between Centro Habana and Habana Vieja with a view towards the Malecon. Friendly staff and owner, we got by with our very limited Spanish nicely.
Though the location is nice the view is not what it appears to be. It wasn't a "casa paricular", we just owned our own apartment. And the breakfast wasn't worth the price.
