Mrs. Grettell and her friends were so friendly. If I go Havana again I will definetely book them again.
We arrived and Gretell knew nothing about us, she told us, that she told the agency to cancel all bookings, but nobody informed us about this. Gretell was very nice and her father drove us to another casa for one night. This was a very nice casa. Then we arrived back to Gretells Apartement the next day, the room is nice, but everywhere is mold on the slaps and the room smelled extremly humid. But Gretell and her family are very nice people which we can recommend. At the end we had to pay the full price, Gretell told us the 10% deposit, which we payed in advance is for the agency and that we must pay 100%. So I actually don't know how the rules really are.
