All cancelation require notification by phone & fax or email. We shall reply with a cancellationmodification confirmation.
cancellationmodification made up to 10 days prior to arrival will NOT incur cancelation fee.
cancellationmodification made less than 10 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% of the reservation total amount, unless a booking for the same amount takes place.
1 night reservations - 100% of the reservation total price will be charged, unless a booking for the same amount takes place.
Last minute cancellationmodification (48 hours or less prior to arrival) will be charged 100% of the reservation total unless a booking for the same amount takes place.
For group reservation (2 rooms or more) cancellationmodification must be made 14 days prior to arrival at least, otherwise 100% of the reservation total will be charged.
Change of arrival dates is the same as cancellation.
Early departure will be charged a cancellation fee unless a booking for the same amount takes place.
Please note!
Guests that paid a cancellation fee for the price of 1 night or 2 night package will be able to receive a 50% discount for a 3 night stay mid-week (not weekends or Jewish holidays) on the basis of availability and with the same number of rooms.
