Please note during Oktoberfest we operate a no refund policy for cancellations: we refund and accept cancellations until the 15th of August. Refunds will be charged with a service fee of 5€. After the 15th of August cancellations and changes are not possible! Payments, such as the deposit, are not refundable.false
