Check-in time is any time after 2 pm (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.
Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification, especially if you have already prepaid by a credit card your reservation before your arrival.
The Royal Square Hotel will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, roll-away beds, crib, etc.) upon arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier that the hotel’s check-in time and to want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you book the night before.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out is 11am. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 10am on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability.
Any delay to checked-out will result an extra night being added to the final bill.
The Royal Square Hotel can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed.

PAYMENT METHODS
For prepaid reservations, you must pay in advance either by a valid credit card or by bank transfer. Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need a written authorization send by the credit card holder with a copy of his credit card and a copy of his ID. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the credit card he used for his prepaid reservation or if we did not receive the authorization before his arrival.
For non-prepaid reservations, upon arrival, you can pay cash or by a credit card number such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Diners.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All hotel rooms are subject to a cancellation policy depending on which kind of rates/reservation you have chosen. Please contact the hotel to have more information.
Prepaid reservations cannot be cancelled or modified and are non-refundable.
SMOKING POLICIES
Smoking is prohibited in all the rooms and all public areas of the Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building at designated places only.
Please note that guests found to be smoking in the room will be charged for a cleaning fee of £100 per day.

WIRELLESS INTERNET ACCESS
Complimentary wireless internet service is offered to all guests in their rooms and all the hotel area. The optic fiber allows a quick and stable connection. For login and password, please ask the reception.

PARKING POLICY
The hotel has its own car park which is offered free of cost to our staying guests. If you need a parking, please let the hotel know at the time of booking your room. We will make all efforts to provide you the car park at our premises, but we cannot guarantee the parking spot if it’s already been booked by other guests. The parking spot is free of charge only for the duration of stay of the guest. However, if you wish to park for longer hours or days, you can pay at the reception for the parking for agreed amount of time. The car park is secured with 24x7 CCTV.
If you need a parking space before your arrival, please contact the hotel to book in advance your parking space as there is limited number of parking space. Please note that parking is at owners risk and hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage and theft of any vehicle.

KEYS POLICY
The guest is provided a unique key at the time of checking-in with room number written on it. The customer must return the key at the time of check-out. Any lost key will result in a £100 charge payable by the guest.
