| 特殊情況 | Reception is open 24-hours; check-in is from 2pm and you must vacate your room and checkout by 10am. Should you arrive prior to the 2pm check-in time you may store your luggage for free in our secure luggage storage room. You can extend your checkout to 12pm for an additional £5 per person. We can also store your luggage for you after departure up to 12am on that day.
Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Foreign nationals must have an EU Identity Card or passport. There is a No ID, No Stay, No Exception policy. No copies, paper or electronic, are accepted. A student card or bank card is not accepted as an ID. If you are a UK citizen you can show a valid driver's license or proof of age card.
Guest under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
No food or drink is allowed in to the hostel unless purchased at the bar.false |
