| 特别条款 | Reception is open 24-hours; check-in is from 2pm and you must vacate your room and checkout by 10am. Should you arrive prior to the 2pm check-in time you may store your luggage for free in our secure luggage storage room. You can extend your checkout to 12pm for an additional £5 per person. We can also store your luggage for you after departure up to 12am on that day.
Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Foreign nationals must have an EU Identity Card or passport. There is a No ID, No Stay, No Exception policy. No copies, paper or electronic, are accepted. A student card or bank card is not accepted as an ID. If you are a UK citizen you can show a valid driver's license or proof of age card.
Guest under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
