接待处可供办理入住和退房手续。
从下午3点-晚上8点办理入住手续（晚上8点后办理入住手续必须事先与管理部门商定，并收取额外50欧元的费用），如果没有我们的书面确认，客人将无法在晚上8点后办理入住手续。
退房必须在上午10点之前完成。
不提供行李寄存服务。
退房时间的任何延迟将收取50欧元的费用。
