| 预订取消政策 | Terms & Conditions for NYE Reservation
Our New Year’s Eve (NYE) booking period starts from 24/12/19 till 03/01/20 next year, and the booking policies are as below:
All NYE bookings are strictly non-refundable & non-transferable under any
circumstances. All payments on or in this period will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time. Failure to pay by then will result in a cancellation without refund any previous
payments.在客人没有出现的情况下（没有告知取消），该旅店会从客人的信用卡中收取1 晚房费 |
| 特别条款 | Group booking with over 5-10 people Cannot be Cancelled and No Refund under any circumstances, we will charge Full Amount even if they were 'NO SHOW' or 'CANCELLED'.false |
