Danhostels

Danhostel, located in Denmark, comprises 71 hostels. The Main Office in Copenhagen functions as administrator of the hostels. There are four City hostels, namely, Danhostel Ishøj, Danhostel Copenhagen City, Danhostel Copenhagen Amager, and Danhostel Copenhagen Bellahøj. All Danhostels are close to popular attractions - such as UNESCO World Heritage Sites - in various regions in Denmark and are segmented into nine groups based on location. They are Copenhagen, Funen, North Zealand, South Zealand, North Jutland, South Jutland, West Jutland, East Jutland and Bornholm.

Each Danhostel is unique in size, layout, and amenities. There are hostels with more than 1000 beds, while others have less than twenty. Some are small and cozy, like Danhostel Henne Strand, which has only eleven rooms, while others are larger with sports centres, conferences rooms, courses, and school camps. The largest hostel, Danhostel Copenhagen City, is a 5-star, modern hostel with designer furniture, and spectacular views of the city or the harbour from every window of its 16 floors.

All Danhostels offer budget accommodation to people of all ages. They have various room sizes, including en-suite rooms, and/or common bathrooms, common rooms, and guest kitchens. A stay at any Danhostel can provide a special atmosphere. Strangers can meet and strike up lasting friendships, while families and friends can spend time creating memorable experiences.
