The apartment has been recently renovated, and is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Accommodation is for 2+2 people, in a master bedroom and in a living room with a spacious sofa bed. An extra bed for a fifth guest is available on request. The bathroom with shower is attractively decorated.

Accademia, St. Mark's Square, Santa Lucia Railway Station and Piazzale Roma are all within walking distance from the apartment.
Nearby, Campo Santa Margherita, a favourite venue for Venetians, where you can enjoy your time in one of the many open air cafes and restaurants.

Very nice location and roomy appartment. To have some outside space was a nice suprise. The bed, closets and towels etc. were rather basic. Otherwise really recommendable.
