All the rooms have been recently refurbished, some of them have private bathrooms some others shared bathrooms, but all have A/C (very appreciated during the hot Venetian Summer) and the TV is always provided in all rooms!
Location and surroundings
The B&B Ai Tre Ponti is located in a very strategic area:
1 minute walk from Piazzale Roma (the only area in Venice where the cars can arrive), 5 minutes walking distance from the Train Station and just 10 minutes away from the the touristic port of Venice (where the the cruise ships arrive).
Very closed to Campo Santa Margherita, the most lively area of Venice.
