Buses, Taxis to all havanas courners departs and passes around my house. You would have to pay once upon arrival and that is it, breakfast is included. we do not prepare dinner, because is downtown you will find around as many places you like, with different rates for dine out.

With two rooms and private bathroom insuite, our rooms have air conditioning, electric fan, hot and cold water 24 hours, two beds in each room and 110-220 outlets. Linen, towels and freezers are among the facilities. You may send emails from my account for free.
Location and surroundings
My house is located at the borders of havanas downtown that is excellent for tourist because they are walking distance to hotels, discos, art galleries, the Universitiy of havana, coppelia ice cream parlor, world heritage National Hotel, International Ameijeiras Hospital the malecón is just 3 minutes walking and this is Malecon Cuban Youth Place to rejoin and share, and at the same time is an area quiet to rest havanas succeeing.

We have start room with electric appliances and dining room as common areas. a wide hall get you from this areas to each room. We have laundry services and email access for you. in the case of breakfast it will be included in your price. You may also send emails from my computer to your friends and relatives for free.

We booked five nights but they had rented out the room to the other guests.We were referred outside the system of Casa partikulares = horrible, no bath. They demanded extra payment. This is a warning for this scam rental Company.
This place was great! The family was so nice and the room was lovely. Great breakfast. The location is great, right near the malecon. They even got up at 3:30 am to drive us to the airport for an early flight home! Very sweet and helpful family
The price did not include a breakfast. This a false advertisement. The ad mislead the cosumer. Beware!!!
I took one look in the door and never stayed there. It was like the black hole of Calcutta.
