About Zoe y Victor
Zoe and Victor motto is comfort and security. They always try the guest to feel as in home, respected but treated as they do with their own family. If you see the comments of former guests, all of them talk about the information we give to them (the experience we have), the means for booking in good cheap houses in provinces, the rich and abundant breakfast or dinner Cuban style, the friendly conversations, etc. You will feel fine in here, with us.
Zoe & Victor house started to be rented to foreign visitors on 2003, always on a legal basis. The house is located on the geographical center of Havana, four blocks to the historical Plaza de la Revolucion.

Room types
The house has three rooms, two of them for rent. One has a double bed and the other twin personal beds; we have another personal bed that can be installed, if needed, in any one of them. The rooms have bathroom with shower apart, 24 hours hot/cold water, air conditioned, TV, fridge and all conditions of comfortable modern rooms. We provide for free linen and toiletries, make the rooms daily, etc. Laundry service.
Location and surroundings
The hostel is located on the geographical center of Havana, four blocks to the historical Plaza de la Revolucion, and sort of half an hour by foot to Old Havana. Very near is the main Bus Terminal, to access to provinces, and as we said less than a hundred meters behind the main baseball stadium.
Only three blocks far is the avenue where you can take a tourist sightseeing bus and see all the city around, for only a few CUC's.
Services and facilities
Our common areas are the sitting and the dining room. We offer a breakfast consisting in a dish of tropical fruits, coffee & milk, toasts & butter, omelet (eggs, ham, vegetables, potatoes) covered with cheese, and cafe expreso. If the guest ask for it at breakfast or the day before, we can serve dinner, with prices always below the ones of restaurants for tourists. We give the guests information about transport, points of interest, etc., and contacts with legal particular houses in provinces

Great people, open and friendly (southeners' nature). enormously educated, speak good English! really worth recommending
We had just a wonderful stay at Zoe and Victor! Don't think we have ever meet such hospitality before. If you are planning to travel around Cuba, this is the place to start and end our travel. Zoe and Victor will go out of there way to help you with travel advice and any other help if you should need it. If you Spanish is limited Victor also speak good English. If you only want to experience the beautiful old Havana, this place is probably not for you, but if you like to so all of what Havana has to offer, this is a good place as it is within walking distance of both the nice places in Vedado and a nice hike to old Havana. Thank you for a nice stay! oh, we forgot to mention that Victors breakfast is just amazing :-)
The accomodation in Zoe and Victor´s house was really amasing! There are really kind, always helpful, giving lot of advices useful for next traveling through Cuba. We were there with husband on honeymoon, and we highly recommend them!
Breakfast was very good
Very nice 'casa'. People are very friendly and helpfull. Victor's English is ok, Zoe speaks only Spanish. Rooms are basic, but everything you need is there ans for a small amount of extra CUC they serve an excellent breakfast. Little far from Havana Vieja (30 min. walk or 4-5 CUC cab) RECOMMENDABLE!
