I had an incredible time in Amsterdam... the staff are very nice people... specially Mourad and Sam... they are the best... the only bad thing is that you have to go upstairs to get into your room and toilets are not very clean... but the hostal has an excellent location! and a good price...
We had a great time in this hotels, in the center of Leidsplein near everything you need to enjoy your stay in amsterdam. All the staff is really helpfull.
They didn't mention it, but they provide linen, which is very clean. The bathrooms aren't very clean, but the whole hostel is great, with a great positon. Oh, and on arrival with the tram at Prinsengracht, cross the street and then turn left, so the canal is to your left. Otherwise you will do a lot of carrying for nothing. The provided breakfast is fair enough and the guys at the desk are really friendly.
it was a great location and a great price. i'd go back there again.
Very good location with many bars, discos restaurants and "coffee-shops". Friendly personel.
