Stayokay Amsterdam Stadsdoelen is part of the Hostelling International Association and is eco-label certified accommodation. It is in the centre of Amsterdam and within walking distance of many major attractions. Waterlooplein, Bloemenmarkt and Zuidekerk are all nearby. Stayokay has a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. It is ideal for large groups. It is easily accessible from the Central Railway Station - you can take the metro, a tram or even walk.

Room types
Stayokay Amsterdam Stadsdoelen provides a mixture of private and shared accommodation. Accommodation is available in mixed/female only dorms. Rates include bed linen. Towels and padlocks for the luggage lockers next to the dorms are not included, you can buy them at the reception (or you can bring your own of course).

WiFi is free and accessible throughout the entire hostel. At the reception we sell discounted tickets for the Van Gogh museum, Rijksmuseum, canal tours and lots more. Bicycle rental is also available from reception. Breakfast is included for an additional cost.

location was superb ... 5 mins from red light district & 10 mins walk from central station. Everything went good except i chose 11am as my arrival time online but never got a room until 2pm & we were travelling from the night before so needed as much sleep for sensation black the event we went 2 that night & hardly got any. besides that showers/toilets/rooms were really big & quite clean aswell! would stay there again anyways :)
Nice place, great position, but not so clean. They haven't a kitchen where you can cook.

Good! Very quiet in 20-person dorm. 100euro incl breakfast. Fantastic...
The bathrooms could have been cleaner, but everything else was fine. Maybe a formal lounge for really cold rainy days where you can just sit in and have a coffee
