Location and surroundings
We are located in the best neighbourhood of Barcelona, with the beach a matter of minutes down the street. Ciudadela Park is also 3 minutes walk away and we are only across the street from the train station (França).
The AWA Hotel Orleans is located in the best neighbourhood of Barcelona in the city centre- the Borne District. With its trendy bars, small narrow streets and funky shops to do all your shopping, you could not ask for a better location to be in when in Beautiful Barcelona.

Perfect location:central station & park 1min away;walking distance from beach & city centre. Friendly, helpful staff.Nice tips on bike-rental & other services. But you'd better speak at least a little Spanish:-)
The hotel is in a great location, just a few steps from Estacion de Francia the staff are GREAT, good to sleep (no noise), the room and the bathroom was clean. I recommend.
great hostel in the nicest neighbourhood. Very very nice people! Ramon was very helpful and very kind. Quiet street, no noise in the hostel. Very clean, old fashioned style but ok for the price: I must say we had a ·deluxe· room and I can·t compare to the other rooms. Drinks and coffee at very reasonable price. No animation but that was all we needed.
AWA was in the perfect position, inbetween the beach and the city, about 5/10 minutes walk each way. The staff at the hotel were great and made you feel part of the family. when I was there, there was a big Fiesta (party) down all the streets near the hotel, it was awesome.... Thanks guys for a holiday I won't forget :)
the hostel was PERFECT!! we were 5 and we booked a private room..it felt like being in a 4 star hotel! the position is great: the tube is 1 minute walking from there, the station is in front of the hostel, and even if u want to walk, u can absolutely do it, cause it's in the middle between the seaside and the Rambla...I strongly suggest everyone to book here..just 1 thing: no one in Spain speaks in English, not even in the hostel..so bring with u a dictionary :)
