About Casa Goicochea
Id like indicated that some clients have told me their reason for rent on our property and in no other, since our rooms are completely independent (private) and at a great price.
Goicochea House is a cosy house in la Habana, situated in a colonial building from the 1930's. It consists of 100m square, is located in the center of the city, we have two rooms for rent, which are completely independent of the same has a kitchen with all utensils

Posse House 2 rooms for rent, they are completely independent, both are private, only is common with the House main entrance to the housing ladder, both have private bathrooms, they have a kitchen, and the other has access to the kitchen of the owners, two rooms with all comforts, such as air conditioning , tv, fridge, fan, the two have bed while i and other staff.

Goicochea House is located in a very central area, very close to the station of national bus, as well as the plaza of the revolution and of the University of Havana in a residential neighborhood and very quiet, nearby can find bars, cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas and theatres, it is only 15 minutes walked from the center of the city the colonial Havana or old havana

Rolando is EL JEFE! He is a fucking BAWS of Habana! Best place in Cuba!
My friend and I stayed with the family for one week and ever getting back to Habana, we would want to stay with them again. Our room was large, with space for a maximum of three people, kirchen facilities and an own bathroom, the space was clean. Our hosts were great, we learned a lot of them abour what life in Cuba is like, they shared their stories and their food with us and helped us with all concerns, we felt like being at home. Thank you very much for that time at your house!
Some problems with english, but the master and his familly were wery kind and trying to help us in different cases. Good price for center Habana.
Clean and friendly. Not too far to walk into the old town, but does not offer breakfast or dinner which would make it a better choice.
if you want to get to the real cuba,you`re right here.The owner Rolando got my friend, and helps in any case.I enjoyed the days at his house.
