very good location, safe and clean place. but it would be good to have also Wi-Fi in the rooms, but not only in lobby.
The location is pretty centrical and the metro is super close. The staff was nice and friendly all the time. The rooms are small but comfortable for a night or two. The view is ok. The price doesn't include city tax. I didn't like that there where a lot of flies in the building. I would go back, though.
There was a lot of miscommunication between the hostel and the 3rd party service provider (hostels club). I didn’t feel comfortable because they changed what was said from the beginning. They said there will be breakfast and that wasn’t true among other things. The staff also entered the room like if it was normal to walk in the guests room at any time. Not professional.

Terms and conditions
| Cancellation policy | Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the arrival date before check-in time (2:00 p.m.) to receive a full refund. Between 24 hours and 72 hours prior to arrival date before check-in time (2:00 p.m.) 50% of the price of the room will be charged. Less than 24 hours prior to arrival date before check-in time (2:00 p.m.) 100% of the price of the room will be charged. All of this applies to changes in the number of people per reservation. Cancellations without notice will be charged at least the first night, and possibly up to 3 nights (i.e. 72 hours) if we cannot refill the room. Last minute change of plans, missed flights, boats or buses or any other similar reasons are considered cancellations without notice. If you arrive at the hostel and tell us you have changed your plans to stay somewhere else, we reserve the right to charge the whole stay up to 3 nights from the point at which you informed us. The Cancellation policy also includes No Show reservations. You are still responsible for payment of a room which was blocked and reserved for you regardless if you did not arrive. It is the client's responsibility to contact us if they are unable to keep their reservation.In the event of a no show this property charges the full amount of BALANCE on customer's credit card |

Our neighbor policy requires us to be silent in the Hostel and in the building as well from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. The hostel is supervised by the receptionists and if someone or a group of guests is not respecting the policy immediate check out will take place. In this case we will not refund any prepaid money. Any damages caused by any of the guests will need to be paid for. Please treat everything as if it were your own. Every Guest has to provide a valid passport or I.D. card number. The entire balance (for all the nights you have booked for) needs to be paid upon arrival. If there is no empty room or bed to check into you may leave your luggage with us and use the hostel facilities or explore the town while you wait. You must vacate your room/bed by 10 am, however you can leave your luggage with us free-of-charge. If you have not checked-out of the room by 10.30 a.m. and you do not have a reservation for the next night, Vistas de Lisboa staff may have to pack your belongings to be placed in the storage room, so the room can be cleaned for new guests. Deposits are refundable if all keys and bed-linen are returned to the reception.false |
