There are two rooms rooms with separate entrance. One room has two single beds, bathroom ensuite, drawing room & kitchen, all for guests and air conditioning.
The other room is smaller, has a two persons bed and also bathroom ensuite, and air conditioning.
Both of them have TV, fridge, music equipment, hot/cold water 24 hours, parking facilities, phone and connections for 100 & 220 v. Both rooms have independent access to the street, to a backyard and to the house.
Location and surroundings
Leaving the airport, run all along the Rancho Boyeros Avenue, up to Plaza de la Revolución; two blocks more, in the same direction, and you will be at the main Bus Terminal. Not exceeding it, on the street before (19 de Mayo Avenue) turn two blocks to the right, cross Ayestarán and you'll find this beautiful casa particular.

Nobody speaks English, affecting ratings. Great room & bath. Needs a table on which to eat and write. Note that very little English is used in Cuba; learn Spanish!
Very well located place, with nice people always avaiable to help. The room is very big ,comfortable, clean and without noisy. Elína is very kind, polite and helpful. Everything was like our deal. She was always avaialbe to speak in english, spanish and even in portuguese. I recomend Casa de Elina Maria for all travellers, no regrets!

I loved this place! Elina and her mother are amazing! So friendly and helpful! I wish I could have stayed there longer. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Havana!
A great little find! About a 5 min walk from the bus terminal and less than 10 from the Plaza de la Revolution. Elina was great and very helpful. Speaks a little English which is great if you don't speak Spanish. Room was fine, everything worked and was great for a single person. I would stay again.
