About Lourdes Havana 1913
Living in a colonial house, in the Caribbean, always has the appeal of meeting the high ceilings, big windows, and the ample spaces between corridors and rooms. They are characteristics that make these buildings so welcoming and attractive in Cuba, and above all, that facilitate the conversation and exchange without affecting the privacy of the guest.
Our building belong to this style; was biuld in 1913 by one of the most renowed architect of this style in Cuba: the spanish Mario Rotllant.

You can choose between staying in our colonial house (3 rooms available) or at our private apartment we also own across the street (also 2 rooms available).
Our interior apartment built in the 1950's, still retains the glamor habanero of that era. It is recommended for families with children or groups of friends, as it has privacy with its two rooms and a shared bathroom.
If you stay any of our houses, you will feel that human warmth and our hospitality.

Lourdes – her beautiful casa notwithstanding – completely made my Cuba trip. Her vast network of other casa owners throughout Cuba left me with only one job: Enjoying myself. I absolutely recommend this beautiful place, and hope that you get a chance to stay with this wonderful lady.

Friendly welcome, the owners spoke some English. They gave us a lot of information and a map of HAvana. Nice stay, although we had to move rooms after one night.
My Husband and I recently stayed here. Very great area. Right in the middle of Old Habana. I prefer the authentic experience, rather than the new hotels they are building. But to each their own.
Unfotunately when we made a reservation at Laudres Havana there was no free room anymore. However, owners made it best and found us place on the opposite side of the street which was perfect. Clean, quiet, owner was a nice, helpful lady who provided us for a breakfast things we asked for and even prepared food to go to the airport. Really nice place!
