Room types
There are 2 bedrooms for rent with view to the yard, each one of them with private bathroom, air conditioned, fan, refrigerator, telephone service and internet access, color TV, cold and hot water, 110V and 220V currency. It is good choice to clients with bikes and clients with children too. Groups and backpackers are accepted too. Receptions: 24 hours.
Location and surroundings
The house is located in Centro Habana, 3 blocks from the Malecon, the front wall and the sea; 6 blocks from El Vedado and the Havana University, Habana Libre Hotel and Colina Hotel. And it is around 20 min walking to Old Havana, very close to the famous afrocuban Callejón de Hamel; and 5 blocks to the new Palacio de la Rumba. There are different supermarkets, restaurants, bars and “paladars” and cabarets not so far to the house.

Really enjoyed our stay! Martha and Luis are so nice and helpful, they recommended us a lot of things to visit! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the perfect start of the day!
Marluis House is marvelous house with intelligent nature. It has a homelike atmosphere. Surely recommend for people wishing quiet and kind rest. Thank you Martha and Luis very much!
The hostel is in a great location. We can walk to both Old Havana and Vedado (if you like walking). Breakfast is not included, but we can request it with CUC5,which includes egg, sausage, fruits, bread, juice, and coffee or tea.They are very delicious and good enough amount. They are very friendly and helpful, so I could stay at ease and had a great time there!!
I was very pleased visiting this hostel. It has exellent location. I want to thank Marta and Luis for being such hosptable. Cleaness, beautiful old furniture and very friendly atmosphere!!!
Amazing family.Thank you Marta and Luis!!!The ,,casa,, is about 15 minutes walking from Hotel Park Central (Habana Vieja),the taxi cost between 1-3 CUC.The house is a tipical cuban -rooms have everything ,very clean (every day).Luis speak very good english
