| Kinderbeleid | • All our bookings are non-refundable. Full payment of the booking is chargeable in the event of cancellation or booking modification. • Prepayment policy: The total amount of the booking may be charged in advance of your arrival. • All prices include free WiFi, lockers (with locks), clean toilets, bathrooms, clean linen and clean rooms. • Our reception operating hours are 7-11am and 4-8pm for check-in. Do alert us if you require late check-in. We will arrange for a staff to work overtime to wait for you. Just make your way to the hostel, ring the bell upon arrival and our staff will come out to assist you. Prior arrangement required. • Late check-in charges are as follows: 1) S$8 per booking from 8pm to 12 midnight, and 2) S$16 per booking after 12 midnight (alternatively, you may wait at the airport and catch the first train around 6am. Our staff will check you in from 7am to 11am the next day at no additional charge.) • If you have an early flight, you may leave your luggage with us(7am to 11am) and use our facilities before heading out to explore the city. A booking for the previous night is required should you need a bed to rest immediately upon arrival from 7am to 4pm on your check-in day. • If you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your check-out, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost and collect your bags from 4pm to 8pm during reception operating hours. • The air-conditioners in the dorms are turned on continuously throughout the night (9pm to 7am). The dorms are ventilated with fans during the day. The common area is fully air-conditioned during the day. • To upkeep the environment of a backpackers hostel, we do not accommodate children below the age of 5. Children aged between 5 and 11 years can be accommodated in private rooms only, and not in dormitories. Children aged 12 and above can be accommodated either in private rooms or in dormitories. • Please note that we are located on the 4th floor of a heritage shophouse without a lift. • To upkeep the cleanliness of the hostel, no footwear is allowed indoors (except in the toilets). Guests may wear socks if they are not comfortable barefooted. • We do not accept big groups above 8p. Please contact us prior to booking for large group bookings. • Please note that not all our rooms/dormitories have windows. If you need to stay in a room with windows, please check with us before booking. |

| Speciale voorwaarden | Houdt u er rekening mee dat we zijn gevestigd op de 4e verdieping van een monumentaal winkelpand zonder lift. Om onze prijzen laag te houden, wij accepteren contant geld alleen voor de betaling. Betalen met creditcard is onderworpen aan een 5% administratieve charge.
f u een vroege vlucht, kunt u vroeg (na 07:00 op de check-in datum) check-in en gebruik maken van onze faciliteiten of u kunt uw koffers bij ons, terwijl je hoofd om de stad te verkennen. Een reservering van de vorige nacht nodig is moet je nodig hebt om in te checken / laat uw bagage met ons vóór 07:00. Ook als u een late vlucht of bus te vangen op de dag van uw kassa, kunt u uw zakken met ons te verlaten zonder extra kosten tot en met 22: 00u. Door onze beperkte capaciteit op onze Inn, accepteren wij geen Singaporezen / terugkerende bewoners / PR / Buitenlanders met werkvergunningen. Gelieve ons te contacteren alvorens te boeken wanneer in twijfel. Om de netheid van het hostel staat te houden, wordt er geen schoeisel binnenshuis toegestaan (behalve in de toiletten). De gasten kunnen sokken te dragen als ze niet comfortabel op blote voeten. De air-conditioning in de slaapzalen zijn ingeschakeld continu gedurende 12 uur gedurende de nacht (09:00-09:00). De slaapzalen zijn geventileerd met fans op de dag. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte is volledig voorzien van airconditioning in de loop van de dag. Wij hebben geen groepen accepteren boven de 8 personen. Neem dan contact met ons op voor het boeken op de website. Houdt u er rekening mee dat niet alle kamers / slaapzalen hebben ramen. Als u nodig hebt om te verblijven in een kamer met ramen, neem dan contact op met ons voordat booking. Please er rekening mee dat alcoholische dranken niet in het hostel zijn toegestaan na 22:00 om ervoor te zorgen dat de in-house gasten zijn in staat om een goede nachtrust te krijgen.false |
