The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Mayra even though our next casa's non-committal reserved for our tour so we definitely had a good address in our next stopplaats.Enrique even us go pick up along the rental car at the airport which was very convenient because we can not speak Spanish .
Also Mervin (the son) is very friendly and helpful.
Overall a nice family and a AANRADER to stay. Ronald and Frida ( Belgium

a nice casa with the possibility to park the car in the same street behind a metal door. The breakfast was good. Three blocks from this casa you will find the best restaurant in town (Sol Y SON) We had dinner there twice. There was a frige. If you stay there more than one day, the room will not be cleaned the second day.

When we arrived near the Casa somebody came out of the house and said she was Eva. She asked for the copy of my hostelsclub reservation in which was stated that I had paid a certain amount in advance. Then the lady introduced us to her nephew and let us alone with him.The "nephew" (and his wife) turned out to very nice people. We had a nice room (mostly too short for people from Western Europe) The shower was good as was the breakfast. Quite nearby was a good restaurant and a place where I could park my car

We tried to make a trip From Santiago de Cuba to Niquero. We hoped to see the highest mountain of Cuba (Pico) The road was the worst road we ever saw. Three bridges were gone (and no sign that we could not get throuh) After 4 hours the road was gone. (no sign!!) We had to drive over a "road" consisting out of big stones, which damaged the under part of my car. There was no possibility to turn. You could not see from the car if anybody came from the other side. It was the worst ride we ever made and would warn everybody not to try the road from Santiago to Niquero
