The location is ideal, close to the train station and subway. I had some important mail that I needed in Napoli, they were nice enough to sign and hold for me, email replies were prompt. Though when I was trying to retrieve it there was the communication problem. The staff in charge weren't helpful nor friendly, maybe it was due to a language barrier; they seemed like we were bothering them. we were shocked at the amount of garbage on the streets.

A very nice place to stay, we were far from the washroom because we were at the other wing ( sucks when need to go to washroom at night) on the day of our departure, a staff named Eva was great help, researched the bus route for us to get to a Rifredi train station.

We had a slight delay when getting to Venice but called ahead of time to change the arrival time. (we understood that not always someone will be at the location) Unfortunately, there was a little misunderstanding about the delay when I spoke to a man over the phone, when we arrived there was no one to open the door. The place was hidden and no signs. So we called for the second time at 7:45pm outside the place and this time the man was not friendly, told us to come back at 9pm because we causing him inconvenience. I suggest to save yourself time from getting lost and this little shpeel, take the waterbus. ( unless you have a really good map or you have a pretty good idea on where you are.)Fun factor not really applicable for a guest house. Appreciate the cleaniness!
