Its in city center but you have to walk a bi to the nearest metro station - maybe some 10 minutes, but then you are already in the center of the center. It's clean and has nice big rooms, it's not lie some of thes places that pack as many beds as posible in the small rooms. Here you have some space to move around - so it was good.

Very basic, the bathrooms were 'foggy', the staff was nice, but not well informed about things to do/see - or how to get tickets or which stations serve which directions. Since we were there in winter time, it wasnt that warm in the rooms though. As i said it was basic, not a fancy hostel. Just to sleep. I didnt see there a common room. MAybe there was... somehow hidden.

I'm generally satisfied with this hostel. The price was worth it, the location was pretty convenient, the breakfast was decent and we had like two supermarkets nearby. However, I must say that this hostel should be renewed, I'm utterly sure that Van Gogh spent one night in our room. There was a lack of lockers so we had to leave our belongings right on our bed. No pots, no fry pans in the kitchen, so even making a pasta can be quite difficult. The staff was in general terms, unfriendly, with the exception of the Portuguese girl, who was simply awesome. Also, I forget, the hostel was sometimes really noisy, people slamming the door, yelling... besides, our room was next to the street, and the streetcar was passing by really frequently, so yo guys can imagine. Men's restroom was super uncomfortable, basically, no privacy to do your stuff there. I tried to, sorry, take a shit there, and I just couldn't do it because I could hear the guy next to me making effort to take his stuff out of him. One advice, there's a restroom on the third floor, scarcely occupied. Despite all the things I mentioned, the hostel was ok. But I think that there are better hostels in Lisbon for the same price.

Brilliant stay. The hosts, a couple of biologists with their son, are probably the nicest people of Cuba. They had a family gathering, all were great people. Clean and good beds. Breakfast, though not included, is strongly recommended.

Located only a 5 minute walk from Picoas metro station. Friendly staff, the rooms are cleaned every day. The beds are comfortable. Rich breakfast buffet. Nice and clean kitchen for cooking dinner after a long day. I will definitely stay at this hostel again! The prices are justified. So don't hesitate and book your room at this hostel :)
