This place is great for location, the staff are lovely and very helpful and the place is tidy. The only thing thats lacking atmosphere and its difficult id your travelling on your own as there isnt any interaction with others.

Besides the blood on the stairs to the room, and the shit in the bidet, it really was a nice place.

we stayed there for 2 days. by bus it was too close to the centre of venice. the breakfast was perfect. it was a nice place.

We stayed at the dormitory portion of the hotel, which are little townhome-like units located behind the actual building. The staff was very thoughtful, and everything was kept clean. The fan was kind of broken, so we kept the windows open, not realizing it's like a gilded invitation for bugs to come in. We spent the first 30 minutes in the room hunting down flies and mosquitoes. But once that was taken care of, the stay was very nice. You get the same free breakfast as hotel guests, so while it may not be impressive if you paid hotel prices, for a dormitory it was excellent.

full of mosquitos!! The room's.window is pretty small. and no air conditioner, no fresh air at all. Very terrible two nights, can hardly sleep

Location is extremely convenient, 2 minutes far from the train which gets to Venice in 20 minutes.Tidy, elegant rooms (one of them was not ready, needed to wait an hour). Breakfast was also good however "loading" was not fast enough, something was always missing from the breakfast table. All in all perfect value for money!
