Beautiful new hostel, clean bathroom, free wi-fi and free laundry with detergent provided. Location is superb - a lot of places to eat out, walking distance to major sights. Stuff help you to book tickets on russian railway site, which lucks english version. Highly recommended.

the rooms are quite big but they're dirty, our bed linen had not been changed, i found some pubic hair on my towels, also the bathroom is little and not well equipped, you always had to queue because there are only two wc and the only way you can have a shower is in the bath since it's impossible to use the actual tiny and claustrophobic shower. they also made a mistake with our reservation and thought we were leaving a day earlier so they gave our room to other people and me and my friend (2 girls) had to move to the 14 bed room for the last night. we were told that nobody would have come but at 12.30 in the night we were woken up and told that two other guests were coming. i wouldn't recommend this hostel.

Perfect location, stylish design of common rooms and surprisingly clean showers without any queues are an advantage in this hostel. Sleeping place itself is like anywhere else, exept for really clean bedsheets - something you would expect in a 3 star hotel in SPb. Hopefully all accomodations will be like this one one day... An excellent hostel although it was difficult to locate it at first because there was no signboard.Staffs were helpful and friendly.Rooms are clean and facilities are good.Recommend to anyone who wishes to visit St. Petersburg. Will definitely stay there again.

Inside room is very hot in summer. There is no air-conditioner. There is no tower supply (they said that tower is out of stock). They changed our reservation from 2 bed-private into 4 bed-private at the last minute. This hostel is not reliability because they may change your booking.

The stuffs are suck and awful!!! They tried to pick me some extra charge (they did actually)! And some of the stuffs seems live there, and they sounded had a "party" whole nights. I think I'll never use this hostel again. So I couldn't recommend you to stay here.

every member of staff speaks adequate english; gave info; were easy to approach and they are nice. clean sheets and towel; it is a small hostel with small rooms, so no space for lingering and hanging out. 20 min walk from hermitage; but just under 5 min to street with restaurants and ATM
