the room was really nice, as the whole hostel. it has a bus stop, underground and a shop around, not that close to the city center, but its easy to get there. the only PROBLEM we had there was with the recepcionists, that werent very kind and easily got annoyed with us. that wasnt nice, feeling uncomfortable in your own hostel reception.

If I'll go to Oslo again, this would be my destination to spend the nights for sure. It's really nice hostel with nice stuff. It is quite away from the central city but the transport is working even at night. Btw. the breakfast was yummy:)

Very friendly and welcoming personnel, like people generally is in Oslo. The hotel is clean and has the best you can expect from a youth hostel (silent rooms, comfortable bathroom, warm water, comfortable beds). The breakfast is rich and abundant, but (my only negative observation) the time of meals is not so convenient (breakfast starts at 8:00 in the weekends and dinner ends very early in the afternoon). However, I recommend Perminalen to anybody comes to Oslo!
