I had slight issue with the directions to get there but once I found it I figured out the directions and where I had gone wrong. The location is perfect (I think) because you are not near Old Town, which is weird to say but Old Town, while I spent most of my time there, is busy as HECK and kind of pricey. There are 2 bus stops within a 3 min walk from the apartment both which go directly to Old Town. You are right by the port so you can ferry out. You are right by the bus station so Mostar/airpoirt/etc is a walk away. Yes, Sima speaks no English but she is insanly polite and friendly and we had no communication issues.

It's very nice and clean place with beautiful view from balcony, just few minutes walk to the beach, old town and supermarket. Owners are very friendly people. For sure I'll be back there if I visit Dubrovnik again and I will recommend Bella Vista Rooms to everyone who'd like to visit this city. Hvala vam za vaše gostoprimstvo! Nette, saubere Unterkunft in fantastischer Lage. Wenige Meter entfernt findet man einen kleinen Zugang zum Meer den die Kroaten nutzen. Ins Zentrum gelangt ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten. Das Zimmer hat sogar eine Minibar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich.

Due to a delay with my trip, I arrived at the house at 3.30 in the morning. A very friendly elderly lady opened the door, no problem at all. The room was small, but clean. A nice bathroom and Turkish coffee in the morning. I really liked the stay, actually being in someone's private house.

The owners are very friendly, room is small but clean and has everything you need. I would recommend the rooms with sea view as they have a nice balcony and astonishing view. Rooms are located close to ferry and restaurants and within easy reach of national park.

An excellent apartment in a fabulous location just minutes from the old town walls. In the perfect spot to see many attractions e.g. the cable car. Very friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend
