| 預訂取消政策 | To cancel your booking, we require a 48 hours’ notice prior to 2pm pacific standard time of the check in date. A refund of 90% of the total amount will be provided in the same form in which the payment was made. A reservation deposit of 10% is non-refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of the arrival time, fees equivalent to the first two night accommodation will be charged to your credit card. No-Show will be subject to a penalty of 2 night’s room rate.In the event of a no show the hostel charges all nights on customer's credit card |
