Please note that, our apartment(s) is private with the maximum respect of your privacy. There is no reception so the apartment(s) available for pre-booked guests only. Check In: after 14:00 Check Out: before 11:00 -Cancellations are free of charge till 168 hours (7 days) prior to arrival. This is defined as being before 12:00pm on the day before you are due to stay. For all cancellations made after 168 hours (7 days), or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. For New Years period (DEC29-JAN03): If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If a booking is cancelled or modified up to 5 days (120h) before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged. This is defined as being before 12:00pm on the day before you are due to stay. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. We do reserve the right to charge your card in the following instances: - For any damage done to your apartment during your stay that is discovered after you have left the apartment. - For the price of the apartment in the case of late cancellation or no show as per our cancellation policy (please see above). - Payment upon arrival by cash only - Breakfast not included - Taxes included - During your stay daily cleaning service is not included.
