No extra charges when a cancellation is performed with a notice of at least three weeks.
50% charge when provided with less than three weeks in advance.
100% if the cancellation is made within the previous week.
There shall be no obligation to maintain the reservation, with loss of deposit, when the house was not occupied before noon the next day to set for it, unless, within that period, the client confirm their arrival. |
