If you don't have a card, you pay for a substitute 'welcome stamp' = one stamp each night is 3,50€ (for groups is 17,50€ each night). PLEASE NOTE: if you make a booking for one night only, you will have to pay 2€ more; DRESDEN 'Jugendgästehaus' is a Youth Hostel, so prices on websites are for guests until 27 years old.
