Dormitory beds sixteen contendos triliches, bunk beds and two single beds with private baths and many fans plus a small smoking area and windows.
Dormitory six times with three bunk beds, a private bathroom, window and ventilators.
Location and surroundings
Only 20 metres from Rio de Janeiro’s Catete metro station, Art Hostel Rio offers lounge areas, shared accommodation and free Wi-Fi. There is a sundeck with loungers and Flamengo Beach is 500 metres away.
Maracanã Stadium is 9 km away, while central Rio is only 2 km from the hostel and Lapa only 1km . Santos Dumont Airport is 3 km away.

Great location close to the centre and to beaches. Wonderful, helpful staff. Good breakfasts.
Hostel located very well. Good breakfast. Rooms clean but like small cages, generally without a window. Fan was so horrible that couldn't sleep whole night. Can be for one max 2 nights but for more not worth to stay.
Good Staff!
Staff could not even find my booking upon my arrival and then tried to overcharge me. Breakfast is served from 8 o'clock which I think is ridiculous as I had to leave there at 7.30. Surely other people miss out too for such a late meal. On the positive though, I arrived way before check in time and as a room was free they let me check in early at no extra cost.
